Coinsbit Exchange: identity, CBIT, Launchpool and loans

Coinsbit Exchange is developing a Web3 ecosystem linked to the CBIT token. Its official website is coinsbitexchange.com. This page explains the project’s identity, Launchpool eligibility and the open loan registration process.

Coinsbit Exchange project identity

Coinsbit Exchange is the platform presented at coinsbitexchange.com. Its project token is CBIT.

Coinsbit Exchange support handles the services and programs published on this website. Always check the full domain name.

Planned CBIT holder benefits and launch date

Planned first launch date: 15 January 2027. Coinsbit Exchange plans to make CBIT available for the first time through its platform on that date, subject to final technical, operational and compliance readiness. Until launch is completed, CBIT should not be described as already listed or publicly trading.

Under the project's proposed holder-benefit program, users who hold more than 5,000 CBIT are intended to qualify for benefits within Coinsbit Exchange, subject to wallet/account verification, eligibility checks, program rules and availability. The planned benefits include:

These are project program plans and benefits, not a guarantee of investment returns or token appreciation. The exact calculation of eligible holdings, fee scope, excluded services, voting rules, draw mechanics, distribution amounts, event dates and any campaign-specific requirements will be governed by the official terms published for each benefit. Users should check the live platform terms before relying on a benefit.

Long-term ambition: Coinsbit Exchange aims to grow its ecosystem and explore access to major regulated capital markets, potentially including a future New York Stock Exchange listing if it becomes eligible and receives all required approvals. This is an aspiration only; Coinsbit Exchange is not claiming that it is listed on, approved by, or currently pursuing an approved listing on the NYSE.

CBIT, Launchpool and the loan program

CBIT is the Coinsbit Exchange project token. Its published design provides for an ERC-20 token with a fixed supply of one billion CBIT. The homepage presents its distribution, reserves and planned schedules.

The traceability of CBIT transactions on the blockchain forms part of the eligibility criteria. Registered contribution transactions have their on-chain status monitored continuously.

The signature requested during registration confirms control of the wallet and links that address to the account. CBIT activity is considered separately through its blockchain transaction history.

Registration, eligibility assessment, credit approval and disbursement are distinct stages of the program. Review the amount, rate, repayment period and collateral conditions applicable to each loan before accepting it.

Registration and credit assessment stages

Registration is open. Granting a loan is subject to the applicable checks and conditions:

  1. Account registration, wallet linking and identity verification (KYC).
  2. Assessment of eligible CBIT activity through its blockchain transaction history.
  3. Communication and acceptance of the specific loan terms.
  4. Provision of the required collateral under the loan terms.
  5. Credit assessment and approval before any disbursement.

CBIT, Launchpool and the loan program

CBIT is the Coinsbit Exchange project token. Its published design provides for an ERC-20 token with a fixed supply of one billion CBIT. The platform describes development contributions with CBIT allocations, subject to the program's current conditions.

To be eligible for Launchpool, connect your wallet and have a history of buying, selling or trading CBIT during the partner program or presale periods. KYC registration is not required for Launchpool. Eligibility considers those transactions associated with the wallet.

Registration is open for the Coinsbit Exchange loan program, including wallet linking and identity verification (KYC). The traceability of CBIT transactions on the blockchain forms part of the eligibility criteria. Registered contribution transactions have their on-chain status monitored continuously.

The wallet signature confirms control of the address and links it to the account. CBIT activity is considered separately through its blockchain transaction history. Registration, eligibility assessment, credit approval and disbursement are distinct stages. Review the amount, rate, repayment period and collateral conditions applicable to each loan before accepting it.

The process includes account registration, wallet linking and KYC; assessment of eligible CBIT activity; communication and acceptance of the specific loan terms; provision of the required collateral; and credit assessment and approval before any disbursement.

Loan registration requirements and steps

Registration uses one account, one identity and a linked wallet. It is open to loan program users and requires identity verification (KYC).

  1. Create an account or continue with your existing account. You must be at least 18 to register. Provide your country of residence, nationality, birth date and email, create a password of at least twelve characters and provide a contact phone number with country code. If you already have an account, use your email and password; the contact phone number does not require SMS verification.
  2. Connect an EVM-compatible wallet and confirm control. The requested signature links that address to your account. Use the same wallet throughout registration; an address already registered in this process cannot be replaced.
  3. Complete or reuse your identity verification. The process reuses an existing saved verification. If verification is required, provide your first and last names, birth date, residence, nationality, issuing country, and a valid document type and number. The form accepts an identity card, passport, residence permit or driver’s license; provide images of the front and back of the document and a selfie taken with the camera.
  4. Review your details and submit the registration. Confirm that the details match your document. Confirming identity details does not constitute acceptance of a loan agreement.
  5. Check the review status. The intended 24-hour window concerns registration review. Review may continue beyond that period; this timeframe does not promise loan approval or disbursement.

If identity verification is temporarily unavailable, check its status on the platform. For registration questions, use the official contact.

Loan registration requirements

You must be at least 18. Create an account with your residence, nationality, birth date, email, a password of at least twelve characters and a contact phone number with country code, or sign in to your existing account. Connect an EVM wallet and sign to confirm control of the address; keep the same registered wallet throughout the process.

Complete identity verification with your personal and document details, the requested document images and a camera selfie, or reuse an existing verification. Confirm that the details match your document and submit the registration. The intended 24-hour window concerns registration review only; review may continue beyond that window. It is not a promise of loan approval or disbursement.
